God form ( in good shape)

A "god form" pin will be given to participants in the 10 km race.  To get the pin one must obtain a time that is presented in the following table, developed by "Kondis".  The pin will be given to those who obtain silver in this table.

By contacting the  AKS-77 stand in Nordhordlandshallen, you will receive the pin.  Here there will be lists stating who made the required time. The table shows what time one must run, in the different age groups to get the pin.
